Our manufacturing wing is well outfitted with Roto & Flexo Presses, Mono & Co Extrusion Film Plants, Micro Processed & Bag Making machines. Our company undertakes complete jobs right from granules to film, printing and final bag making.

Production Processes

We follow and maintain strict quality controls at all phases of our production processes and use only 100 percent virgin granules for manufacturing films in our plant.

Extrusion

We possess Film Extrusion Machines for  HDPE, PP and LDPE Film Making. We specialize in the clarity films. Plus,  our offered PP and special LDPE films have excellent clarity than other available films in the market.

Printing

Our production unit is also equipped with both  Flexo Printing Presses and Gravure Printing Presses, both of which are capable of printing up to six colors.

Bag Making

We also have several micro processor controlled machines and Bag Making machines. These machines are capable of manufacturing superior quality Bottom Sealing Machines and Poly Bags & Side Sealing machines. It enables us to make the bags according to the customized requirement of our clients. Apart from these machines, our manufacturing unit is equipped with handle fixing machines, slitter, gusseting machine, etc, which are suitable for several add-ones the bags as needed.
